Change Your Pockets partners with banks, credit unions, and financial advisors to deliver practical financial literacy education to youth in Mississippi communities. The program covers budgeting, banking access, credit building, and entrepreneurship, equipping participants to make fiscally responsible decisions and create income pathways beyond traditional employment.

Healthy Change brings licensed mental health professionals into underinvested communities across Mississippi. The program removes barriers of cost and access through community forums, de-escalation training, and a clear referral pathway connecting youth and families to appropriate care, before a crisis becomes a statistic.

βSupporting a Student for Advancementβ
Supporting a Student for Advancement delivers holistic academic support, mentorship, and career readiness to students in underinvested Mississippi Communities. The program removes cost barriers to tutoring, provides Youth Ambassador mentor pairings, and prepares students for college entrance testing, career entry, and entrepreneurship.

βVOTE HUMBLEβ
The Vote Humble Initiative is a standalone civic engagement and career readiness internship program dedicated to building Mississippi's next generation of campaign workers and community organizers. Participants receive nonpartisan training in voter education, phone banking, canvassing, digital organizing, and campaign data tools earning real-world experience and credentials that open doors into professional careers in politics, policy, and advocacy.

Series 1: Let's Talk and Make Change
Objective: The primary goal of "Letβs Talk and Make Change" is to understand where young teens are in life and provide the mental support needed to help them succeed in the future. By focusing on mental health and creating a strong support team, participants will be equipped with the tools and strategies to navigate life's challenges and achieve their aspirations.

Sunshine Scholar
WeCareJxn and The Humble Change, Inc. have put together a Summer Program for the youth in our communities. Sunshine Scholars Program will provide Reading Comprehension assistance, Math Skill assistance and Learn skill sets.
Help us feed and educate at least 45 children this summer, our program aims to provide lunch and a snack 5 days a week to children in Jackson who are in need.
It will cost us around $8 per day or $562 for the entire summer per child to provide a nutritious lunch and snack to take home. While providing as needed services for reading, math, and social skills day workshops. Consider sponsoring a child for the summer, week, or day!!

Sock Drive Collaboration with WeCareJXN [October 16 2023- December 23 2023
By collaborating with WeCareJxn, we aim to address the root causes of homelessness and create a positive impact on the lives of those affected.
Sock Drive begin October 16 and will end December 23.
Donation of over 200 socks were Donated to Gateway Rescue Mission January 3, 2024

LIT KIDS Summer Reading 2 week program
The Humble Change is excited to launch LIT Kids, a dynamic 2-week summer program designed to spark imagination, boost literacy, and cultivate leadership in youth ages 6β12.
π From June 16β27, students will explore reading, storytelling, art, and creative expression in an uplifting and educational environment.
Weβre inviting companies, organizations, and individuals like you to partner, donate, or volunteer in support of this mission to inspire the next generation of leaders.
